With the switch of branch from maintained to unmaintained some projects are falling back to master in centos8-yoga and centos9-yoga.

Some projects have FTBFS and some others may have master code on it.

Root cause: missing https://softwarefactory-project.io/r/c/DLRN/+/29098 patch on the builders

Solution:

1. Update DLRN in centos9-yoga and centos8-yoga
2. Check which packages have wrong code.
3. Send dummy commits for affected packages
