      Issue description

      The pdf course is being generate as images, not text, so we cant copy/paste from it, nor the document has an index. 

      Steps to reproduce:

      Download the PDF DO370-ODF4.16-en-2-20250317 from bookshelf

      Workaround:

      Use bookshelf

      Expected result:

      PDF is rendered as text
