Quay.io builder issue

We have a client who has random issues with Quay.io builders, build ids:

642c7325-288e-4369-af6c-c5ce264f6113
2e760682-6fe6-40a8-8066-89ca51b25e63

Clone of their repo from Github stops and hangs at 98%. After a while, their build just stops. This happens randomly and is not consistent, but because they are using Quay.io as a part of their CICD pipeline, it stops their production completely until a build is restarted manually. Screenshots of builds are attached. Can you please take a look at it?
