As the Quay Operator, Quay Bridge Operator, CSO, I need to support disconnected mirroring.

I noticed that none of our Operators actually support disconnected mirroring. With the exception of Clair (until 3.4) all our workloads should run fine in a disconnected environment, so the Operators should support being mirrored into such an environment. Can we add this to the 3.4 release? It's simply based on metadata and OSBS recently introduced automatic tag-to-digest conversion.
