Enumerate Python 3 Dependencies

Quay relies on a number of Python dependencies. The next downstream release of Quay will be built using the internal tooling system (brew). This requires all dependencies to exist internally within brew.

It may also be possible that some Python libraries either already exist for RHEL or have already been built by someone else in brew.

The purpose of this task is to create a spreadsheet which lists all Python dependencies and their associated version numbers. Later, it can be used to track the progress of generating RPMs out of those packages.
