Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an image repo
2.Create notificate

Actual results:
failed, prompt error in UI, page trun to wrong url like: https://quay-test-quay-quaymaster.apps.dyan0523.qe.devcluster.openshift.com/repository/%7B%7B%20repository.namespace%20%7D%7D/%7B%7B%20repository.name%20%7D%7D/create-notification

Expected results:
succeed
