Incorrect SHA in operator metadata for security operator

    Description

      Goal:
Quay Container Security Operator should reference and install the proper operator on a cluster.
      Problem:
Looking at the olm metadata for the operator, it seems that it's pointing to:
registry.redhat.io/quay/quay-container-security-rhel8-operator@sha256:7bd0b902807507b3a3c623af7a5cb8dcb838537075eb064dc2ab458d5d437983 . That sha doesn't exist in that repo. I believe the correct sha is sha256:2078373c852377a276e6be6039b836a0d9f68f2471216ade0019a2f64e65ff44
      Why is this important:
With incorrect sha's the operator will not install with olm. Ideally this shouldn't be an issue for future releases when OSBS get's the SHA itself
