Quay 3.11 new UI can't open repository page when Quay has 2k orgs and 2k image repositories

      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, when Quay has more than 2k orgs and 2k image repositories, try to open /repository page, hit error "This site is temporarily unavailable", pls review this issue.
