Pods running more than one container with same image not reported

To reproduce:

• Create Pod with more than one container running the same vulnerable image manifest.

Expected:

• ImageManifestVuln is created which references all containerIDs under status.affectedPods

Actual:

• Only first containerID from Pod is listed under status.affectedPods
