Add "last pulled" column to the Tag list

We don't provide a "last pulled" date in the Tags view of a repository. To figure out when the tag was last pulled, we need to go through audit logs and pull this info from there. It would be better if we print out the last pulled date of a specifc tag in the UI, it helps with tag management.
