Show image labels on images that are part of manifest lists in the UI

Currently, Quay and Quay.io do not show image labels in the UI for images that are part of manifest lists in expanded mode. This seems like an oversight when the manifest lists were introduced as these labels are shown normally in expanded view for standalone images (see screenshot).
