    Description

Elasticache exposes two different endpoints. The write endpoint goes to the primary Redis node and the read endpoint goes to the read replicas. Currently both read and writes go to the primary. We need to split them so that the Reads go to replicas. This ensures that we can still serve serve cache traffic when there are a lot of writes and also make sure that failure of the write replica does not bring down the Redis cache.
