Is NodeJS rpm required at runtime?

If the nodejs rpm is not required at runtime for the quay-registry image should we remove stop installing it? It think it's requred at build time only to install the frontend NPM libraries.

Not having it in the runtime image would reduce the potential attack surface of the image.
