Description:
This is an issue found when use quay config editor to update configurations, after change the "Default expiration period" to 1h or 1d, after click "Validation Configurations Change" validations was failed, and give error message "TimeMachine:DEFAULT_TAG_EXPIRATION must be one of 2w. ", but the responding comments write "The default tag expiration period for all namespaces (users and organizations). Must be expressed in a duration string form: 30m, 1h, 1d, 2w.", pls update them accordingly. see attached screenshot.
Note: in Quay V3.3 it support to use 1h, 1d as default tag expiration time

Steps:
- Deploy Quay with TNG Operator with all default settings
- Open Quay config editor
- At "Time Machine"-> "Default expiration period", check the help message below
Expected Results:
The help message should be "The default tag expiration period for all namespaces (users and organizations). Must be expressed in a duration string form: 1w or 2{{w}}."
Actual Results:
The help message was still the same as V3.3
