Major Description
We have removed the bittorrent feature in master branch- when we finally update quay.io from this branch the feature will disappear. We should remove the feature imminently since it appears no one is using it.
Put up a banner with the following text for 30 days:
"Please be aware that BitTorrent download support is now deprecated and will be removed by <insert date>. "
After the 30 days shutdown the chihaya instance.
