Users should be able to use a IdentityManager for any of the configured realms.

Since a IdentityManagerFactory can be used to create IdentityManager instances for each of the configured realms, users should be able to choose which realm should be used in order to produce the proper IdentityManager.

Today is always produced a IdentityManager for the default realm, even if multiple realms are configured.
