Add generic Score type to ScoreManager, ScoreExplanation, Indictment, ConstraintMatchTotal and ConstraintMatch

Make sure that any score returned on any of these doesn't need to be cast down for users.

InnerScoreDirector won't get a new generic type on the class level, but probably should on the methods involved with Indictment, CM and CMT.
