Convert existing configuration XMLs to the format valid by XSD

Once XSD for <solver/> and </benchmark> is available, all existing configurations of examples must be converted:

• optaplanner-examples
• optaplanner-quickstarts

Goal: to make the community aware of the XSD.

Prerequisite: the XSD must be already available on the www.optaplanner.org website.
