Explain difference between grey and white employee stubs

    Description

      One of them stands for "no shift", the other one for an "unassigned shit". I only found this out by looking at the code. In the UI, both stubs have a title saying "Unassigned".

       

      Please change the titles to indicate the meaning of the grey and white stubs.
