Highlight selected vehicle's route

This is for the Route screen.

• Order location list by visiting order instead of by ID.
• Dim unvisited locations.

Nice to have:

• Show numbers explaining the visiting order on the map.
• When hovering a location, highlight a portion of the vehicle's route up to the hovered location, dim the rest.
