Performance regression in dev mode after Spring Boot upgrade

The planning domain was migrated to project sources in September 2019 (6 months ago). The pull request introduced a bug that prevented CH from producing pizza-like solutions, causing a worse score.

When verifying a fix for this, I discovered that the code just after the domain migration with the angle bug still produces better score than current master with the angle fix. So there must be one more performance regression.

By Git bisecting, I have identified the culprit, which is Bump Spring versions to version managed by kie-parent.
