Add method Move.rebase(Scoredirector) to allow rebasing moves to other threads

Partitioned Search already does this with PartitionChangeMove, so it's POC'ed.
Now all moves must either support it or fail fast.

No backwards compatibility breakages because we'll add a defender method to the interface that fails fast only when used in a multithreaded solving configuration.
