The user should be allowed to delete a workspace from the list view of workspaces, and also likely from the workspace details view. The mechanism will likely work similarly to other delete paradigms (like deleting a cluster in OCM is shown as an example in HAC-2164).

Open Questions:

• How do we handle nested workspaces? Do we just prompt the user that child workspaces will be deleted, and can we list those? Should we block deletion until all a workspace has no children (seems cumbersome for the user.)
