4.15 GA is on 27th Feb. Most of the stake holders for channel rename agreed that providing  "ga" and "fleet-approved" channels long with existing channels i.e. fast and stable channel.

This will help the transition to ga and fleet-approved channels in 4.16. Service delivery can modify their automation and test it using these channels for 4.15 before the 4.16 GA happens. It will help with customer outreach as well and help them prepare for channel name changes in 4.16 GA.

UX impact:

• With this change customers can choose ga or fleet approved channel in the web console or OC CLI along with existing channel names.
