We should make the necessary changes so that we can utilize cluster-bot's new feature to build :

Hi @openshift-qe, optional operator teams, FYI, since https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPCRT-217 has been addressed, you can build clusters with unmerged operator and operand PRs via cluster-bot. No need to update operand images manually anymore for your pre-merge testing. The launch cmd format like launch 4.14,openshift/aws-efs-csi-driver-operator#83,openshift/aws-efs-csi-driver#45 aws . Note that: the operator repo must be the first PR provided in the list of PRs.
And, the prerequisite is that the operator field of your operator is config in Release repo. see: https://docs.ci.openshift.org/docs/how-tos/testing-operator-sdk-operators/
For the repo, which outside of openshift, still not support by cluster-bot, such as, quay, see: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPCRT-251 (edited)
