    Description

      Description of problem:

The documentation on creating a ServiceMeshControlPlane has some text that appears to be a reference to some other section in the documentation but is not a hyperlink.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.6+.

      How reproducible:

      Always.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.11/service_mesh/v2x/ossm-create-smcp.html and search for "see Configuring".
      2. Go to the same documentation for OpenShift 4.6 or later and search for the same phrase.

      Actual results:

I find the following text: "For more information, see Configuring Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh." It is not hyperlinked, and I cannot find a section or heading in the documentation with the exact words "Configuring Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh".

      Expected results:

The words after "see" should be a hyperlink to whatever documentation is being referenced.
