Update 2.2.3 release notes to include gateway injection

From team discussion in slack: this support was not identified for inclusion in release notes. Team asked if we can update doc.

• 2.2.3 release notes are updated to communicate gateway injection support

Note: this may require change management, since we are editing existing RN to add support for a feature.
