Service Details page - Error Notification - Traces not available

This is a JIRA for bug filed in:

It affect to OpenShift Service Mesh 1.0 GA.

It will be fixed in Kiali v1.0.6 which will be part of OpenShift Service Mesh 1.0.1

Note Kiali 1.0.6 will require that Maistra 1.0.1 merges this
