Usually, OSSM 2.x users have the Maistra Operator create and manage the Kiali CR. So this does not affect those users.

But if a user creates and manages their own Kiali CR, they MUST ensure they explicitly set the `spec.version` field of the Kiali CR.

For OSSM 2.6 users, that means spec.version should be set to "v1.73"

For 2.5 users, that means spec.version should also be set to "v1.73".

For 2.4 users, spec.version should be "v1.65"
