Adapt to OpenShift 4.9 API changes

A number of deprecated Kubernetes APIs will be removed in OpenShift 4.9. Products in the Runtimes portfolio should validate that they are not affected by the API removals or make changes to adapt to the changes.

OpenShift 4.9 is planned to GA on October 18 2021 at time of this creation of this Jira.

The interop plan for 4.9 will indicate the versions of the Runtimes components that will be targeted for support in 4.9.

Operators, Templates, Helm Charts and build infrastructure (S2I) should be considered when analyzing the risk of breakage.
