Support for installing both OSSM and upstream Istio in same OCP 4 cluster

Due to various reasons and some different functionality or features or maybe because of the vendor, customers have the upstream Istio installed in the cluster for the applications.

The customers are definitely interested in our amazing OSSM as well but as we know there's no official information or support on deploying both the OSSM and upstream Istio in the same cluster whether it will work and if it works then what can be the issues in future, etc.

As per the discussion with the engineering team (I will share the thread link) there are global resources that will conflict in the cluster. Telco customers are majorly looking for this feature or support.
