Multiple tasks are needing a Version Update that will allow warnings to be put into place for when fields are deprecated, and much more. This ticket should fix this update, http://k8s.io/api, and allow other tasks to be able to implement warnings to the customers.

We are currently using v0.18.x of http://k8s.io/api which does not support warnings. The support of warnings were added in v0.19.x. It is unsure if we are able to upgrade to the v0.19.x, but something worth looking into as well (another task and/or epic).
