The memberroll controller reconciles SMMRs with invalid name

    Description

      A webhook prevents the creation of SMMRs with any name other than "default", but if you circumvent the webhook, the controller reconciles the SMMR even if its name is invalid. The controller should ignore SMMR with the wrong name.
