ServiceMesh profiles examples missing in the documentation

    Description

      ServiceMesh documentation talks about SMCP profiles but it does not provide any examples.

      It is not clear how to use this feature, what needs to be in the profile directory (files and content), and how to check that the profile has been inherited. 

      Need to improve the documentation to make this feature usable by customers.
