Both T9 & T10 show "x509: certificate" error (maistra test tool)

rhn-support-pyadav reported that when running maistra-test-tool script with 2.2, she got

X509: certificate relies on legacy Common Name field, use SANs instead

It happens on both ROSA and PSI clusters.

Issue does not happen when the following is manually set (locally)

export GODEBUG="x509ignoreCN=0"

Note
The environmental variable GODEBUG is already set in maistra-test-tool so not sure why it isn't taking effect.
