We have feedback from a customer that it would be nice to add a note to control plane upgrade procedures to also upgrade CNI resource.

E.g. https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openshift_service_mesh/3.1/html-single/updating/index#updating-istio-control-plane-with-revisionbased_ossm-updating-openshift-service-mesh should add a note "IstioCNI resource must be updated as well" or something similar.

The same applies for inPlace update.
