Goal:

The goal of this epic is to document in the official RHOSO documentation that during various stages of the update, such as:

• update of OpenShift,
• update of OpenStack operators,
• update of OpenStack control plane services running in PODs,
• update of OpenStack dataplane services running on compute and networker nodes,
• update of the dataplane nodes (both computes and networkers)

there is expected network connectivity downtime for some specific scenarios.
