the goal of this task is to incoprate teh feedback form the ptg and adress the currently open review comment

at the compeltion fo this task the spec and feature can be transered to someone else to continue with or i can plan more tiem next spint to work on this more if required.

in other words the DOD is not that the spec is merged but rather that it is cleanly updated to reflect the agreed direction
