This is an extension from Jira Update the os-net-config pkg version for new feature "remove_config:

As follow-up with Reldel team, te below actions are needed for new tag:

• 18.1.0 is tagged in upstream
• Upload the new pkg to pypi
• Update the frozen CSV for dlrn

Acceptance:

• Verify updated tags in uptream
• Should be able to pip install os-net-config - to latest version
