Goal: 

• OVN FDP 25.10 release downstream will contain a critical fix for a customer per case https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/04275944 which was escalated.  The fix is FDP-1636 will be included in errata https://errata.devel.redhat.com/advisory/155230 .  Due to the new workflow we are doing for FDP Jira only the testing ticket appears in the actual errata so please do not be confused by this.  The effort here is to make sure OSP can test this OVN build in some capacity so we do not introduce any regressions to the customer and get the fix available to them in OSP.

Acceptance Criteria:

• OSP is satisfied with testing and no regressions are found in this OVN build.
• OVN will be finished testing in approximately 2 weeks as of today.  Would like to get the fix to the customer as soon as possible.
