      Goal:

      The SR-IOV agent RPC client is subscribed to security group events. The logs look like this (INFO level): https://paste.opendev.org/show/bVLmiOWJ2LimDO5B4hqa/.
      The ML2/SR-IOV mechanism driver does not support security groups [1]. It is irrelevant for the SR-IOV agent to receive updates of the security groups and adds noise to the logs.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      No longer receive any RPC message related to the security groups in the SR-IOV agent.
