Goal: 

• Add config.yaml for multiple ovs bridges on vlans over single linux bond. 
• The above step will ensure coverage for scenarios implemented in PR:286, https://github.com/os-net-config/os-net-config/pull/286
• Simplify the apply and verification of new configurations, using loops for repetitive jobs

Acceptance Criteria:

• Verify the creation of ovs bridges and test connectivity
