Goal: 

As OpenStack Lightpseed developer, I want to use query_rag.py in my automated processes to evaluate the vector database. In order to do that, I need the query_rag.py to output the results to stdout in a format that is easily processable by a machine. Ideally JSON.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When I run query_rag.py there is the possibility to output the result in JSON.
