Java: Work on simple plugin in java-operator project

Look into building a simple plugin in the java-operator project. I would like to see a plugin shell maybe scaffolds out a hello world. Instructions on how I can build this plugin in a fork of the SDK to test it out.

Acceptance criteria:

• understand basic plugin model
• create simple shell
• work on instructions on how one would build that into the SDK
