Description

As a user, I want to be able to provide a hyperlink for each of my projects, so the system administrators can view these links from:
1. https://console-openshift-console.apps.<domain>/add/all-namespaces
2. https://console-openshift-console.apps.<domain>/add/ns/<namespace>

Additional Details:

As of now point 1. can be covered by inserting the link as a value for the annotation field "openshift.io/display-name" but it would not make the link clickable.
