Show only the platform supported hub tasks in the pipeline builder

Description

As a user, I want to filter out some of the tasks which are not supported by the cluster. There should be a way to exclude tasks shown in the tekton hub tasks in the pipeline builder.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Depending on the cluster Architecture, we need to filter out the unsupported tasks.

Additional Details:

Use `platforms` field in the API response to filter out the unsupported tasks.

To find out the cluster Architecture and operating system, use the following variables.
window.SERVER_FLAGS.GOOS
window.SERVER_FLAGS.GOARCH
