Strange and Confusing behavior while creating domain mappings

Description of problem:

Please have a look at the shared recordings, you will observe the strange behavior while creating domain mappings. 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install OpenShift Serverless Operator and create Knative Eventing CR

Steps to Reproduce:

Scenario-1

1. Type the domain mapping and you will see 'Create domain_name' and when you click on that, it will create the domain mapping but you will still see 'Create domain_name' clickable text. Instead, it should vanish once we create the domain mapping. Post clicking on 'Create domain_name', it unselects the custom domain created and creates the same custom domain again.

Scenario-2

1. Create one domain mapping 'domain.org'
2. Select one domain mapping i.e. domain.org and type the same domain mapping 'domain.org' and then you will see 'Create domain.org' clickable text. 
3. Click on 'Create domain.org' and you will observe that already selected 'domain.org' will get removed.
