Dev console: Developer pespective: Add page: Serverless section does not draw attention to Knative Serving

Description of problem:

In the new design of DevConsole Add page under Developer perspective, there are several categories. Serverless is one of them and it shows Channel. Channel is just one part of Eventing. Serverless serving part is now being completely ignored. Every workload can be deployed in a Serverless way. And in current design or in previous one we do not draw attention to this. But it is even more pronounced in new category design

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Serverless operator installed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Developer perspective
2. Add page

Actual results:

No mention of that workload can be deployed in Serverless way.

Expected results:

Change the description to all deployment tiles to read as

"Import from <git/docker>> for the <code/image/file> to be built and either a normal deployment or Serverless deployment.
