Description

As an admin, I should be able to hide add groups or add actions from the Add page.

Based on the ODC-5412 enhancement proposal and ODC-5416 the CRD and console bridge extensions it is required to hide the defined Add Pages from the Add page and the Developer Catalog.

At the moment we can expect that the list of hidden Add Pages (list of id's?) will be provided as window.SERVER_FLAGS.

Acceptance Criteria

1. If a admin customize the hide add groups or add actions these items should not be displayed on the Add page.
2. When all items of an group are hidden, the group should not be displayed at all.
