In Storage Clients page after clicking the options <three dots> for any storageconsumers. The options window doesn't close if we click anywhere outside of the option box like any other pages but only closes if we again click on the options <three dots>

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a provider cluster
2. Add storageconsumers
3. Go to UI, Storage --> Storage clients page

Actual results:
In Storage Clients page after clicking the options <three dots> for any storageconsumers. The options window doesn't close if we click anywhere outside of the option box like any other pages but only closes if we again click on the options <three dots>.

In Storage Clients page after clicking the options <three dots> for any storageconsumers. The options window doesn't close if we click anywhere outside of the option box the options window should be closed like other pages
